Chef Stephan Murst was born and raised in Schwarzwald, Freiburg.
He has been living in the United States for the past 12 years working all over the country opening 3 German Restaurants.
His specialties include favorites such as Schnitzels, Beef Rouladen, Schweinebraten and his own secret recipe for his 10 day marinated Sauerbraten....
His latest favorite made only for the "Blackforest Mill" is his own Bread Pudding which is served in a crepe, topped with brandied cherries and served with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream - A true house favorite!!!
